Key broken off in the lock?
Do not force it, and please do not poke at it with pliers - that usually pushes the broken half further in and turns a small job into a lock replacement. Ring and leave it alone.
In most cases the broken piece comes out, the lock survives, and we cut you a fresh key from what is left. If the cylinder has worn to the point where it is snapping keys, we will tell you and swap it while we are there.
